Mr. Robert M Bryce

Owner / Partner

Robert M. Bryce began his education at Wright College for Business Administration. Bob later worked for a branch of the EPA where he earned certifications in HazMat; Nuclear & Radiation remediation; First Responder; Phase 1 environmental evaluations and more. In 1998 Bob switched gears and became a Health & Life insurance producer. He followed that by gaining his Property & Casualty license. Bob has expertise in a number of insurance related fields such as Retirement Planning, Life Insurance and Safety Compliance. In 2003, Bob was awarded the “Leaders Club” award for the quality of his work for Humana Insurance! For the past 20 years Bob has had great success solving a variety of business related issues, not necessarily related to insurance, such as unique and difficult medical claims resolution. He continues to play a vital role with all of his clients to this day.

Mr. William J Pazely, ARM, CBC

Owner / Partner

William J. Pazely earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. Later he earned several professional designations in Risk Management (ARM) and Benefits (CBC). Bill has always worked in the insurance industry in various capacities for the past 30 years. He began his career as an Actuary for Auto Owners Insurance Company located in Lansing, MI. Eager to learn more about Risk Management, Bill moved back to Illinois and took a position with General Binding Corporation as their world-wide Risk Manager. Bill has had the opportunity to work for several Fortune 500 companies in the Risk Management, Benefits, Human Resources and Safety compliance. Since 1998 Bill has practiced as an insurance agent specializing in property & casualty, workers’ compensation, health & life insurance, including retirement plans. His unique background provides a vital advantage to all of his clients.
